2010 has been the second year for the implementation of the Science and Technology Plan of 2009-2012. The projects have been developed as planned and with an active participation of the co-operatives, derived from the strategy of the research lines taken. The internationally approached innovative model followed has definitely reported good results.
Among the goals of the Science and Technology plan it is worth mentioning the next ones: to push up with a high degree of innovation by means of projects of high impact in the organization; to help to the smooth functioning, co-operation between companies and technologists, fostering common interests consortiums that allow knowledge transfer among them: and to serve corporate governance to guide coordinate and align activities of Mondragon Unibersitatea and Technological Centres.
The 2009-2012 Science and Technology Plan covers the next points:

- Technologies for energy and sustainability
- Technologies for health
- Technologies for Business Management, Research in Values and Participatory Management
The Plan contains 22 strategic lines in which 39 cooperatives work, all our technological centres and Mondragon Unibertsitatea. The projects included are those of highest risk and farthest reaching reaching in the Corporation, all of them oriented to their transfer to business and market.
