
Close to 5,500 people attended training sessions and programmes given in OTALORA, MONDRAGON Management and Co-operative Training Centre.
In the Area of Co-operative Education the large presence of groups (governing bodies, directors and partners) to participate in co-operative education programmes was particularly highlighted. Likewise, courses for members of governing councils and sessions to welcome new partners and managers.
In Management development, new editions of MBA Executive and IKAS were rolled out, and specific training sessions were delivered for section heads. Likewise, in cultural development, various surveys were carried out on cultural organisation, cultural diagnostics were undertaken, and previously defined profiles were evaluated.
In the Area of Leadership and Teamwork, a total of 30 groups took part in this type of programme, and 55 cooperative directors took part in mentoring sessions.
In the Area of Co-operative difussion, around 100 groups of visitors came to experience, in situ, the Co-operative experience, and a total of 15 conferences were delivered about MONDRAGON at different national and international events.
Finally, as in previous years, a new edition of Forum 400 was organised for corporate directors, which was attended by 398 people, and a new edition of of the Aranzazu Forum,aimed at personnel managers, took place with the participation of 110 attendees.
