MONDRAGON and Gipuzkoa’s Oncology Institute sign a collaboration agreement
MONDRAGON Health, the Koniker technology centre and Onkologikoa-Kutxa’s Oncology Institute have recently signed an important collaboration agreement.
The main aim is integrate the capabilities of these bodies to incorporate more efficient management in the process of preparing medical drugs for patients.
The framework agreement will be aimed at analysing opportunities for improvement in the field of handling and dosage of pharmacological substances. It is also the aim to analyse new opportunities in the process of preparing and dispensing medical drugs. In short, the idea is to analyse proposals of high technological value to provide innovative solutions for the health sector in the Basque Autonomous Community.
It is also worth highlighting that this agreement is the first step in collaboration between these well-respected bodies in the Basque Country, which have shown their interest in sharing knowledge and experience, and looking into the synergies that may arise from joining forces. In fact, the agreement will enable both parties to collaborate in identifying new markets, distributors and potential customers.
Onkologikoa, the Kutxa’s Oncology Institute is a Centre focusing on the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of cancer. More than 300 professionals from different areas serve patients in order to provide them with personalised treatment, offering them the best therapy plan with the participation of different specialists in oncology, and also using technology which is on the cutting-edge and a benchmark at the international level.
