Elías Atutxa is currently the Chief Executive of Seguros Lagun Aro.

He has a degree in Economic and Business Science from the Universidad Comercial in Deusto and has worked all of his professional career in the MCC’s Financial Division.

The Governing Council also expressed its profound gratitude to Juan José Arrieta, for his high level of personal dedication and his outstanding professional contribution during the sixteen years in which he has been the Chief Executive of the institution.
