Continuous adaptation

The capacity to adapt and the strength of the cooperative model enabled MONDRAGON to maintain its positive performance in 2025, despite a complex and volatile international environment. The Corporation exceeded 11.3 billion euros in sales, employed more than 71,400 people, and achieved profits of 618.8 million euros. Our four business areas – Industry, Finance, Distribution and Knowledge – all delivered strong performances, reaffirming the effectiveness of our cooperative model.
Without doubt, one of the most significant achievements of the financial year was the creation of more than 1,300 new jobs, as generating high-quality employment remains one of our highest priorities. These results also consolidate MONDRAGON's cooperatives as the largest employer in the Basque Country, the second-largest employer in Navarre and the fifth-largest private-sector employer in Spain.
Another notable achievement was the launch of three new companies – Amets Power Electronics, Orbik Cybersecurity and Innkia – together with the strong momentum behind the creation of new businesses in future-oriented sectors. We continue to explore opportunities capable of generating sustainable employment.
The year 2025 marked the first step in MONDRAGON's roadmap towards 2028, guided by the purpose of "being the world's leading cooperative, with people who transform society through the power of cooperation", placing particular emphasis on its human dimension, the competitiveness of its businesses and the social impact it generates.
In short, it has been another year with a positive outcome, both in quantitative terms and in our firm conviction that another way of doing business is possible.

In 2025, we once again found ourselves operating in a demanding environment, shaped by profound economic and social change that reinforced the need for business models with a long-term vision. Against this backdrop, MONDRAGON reaffirmed its commitment to playing an active role in building a fairer, more humane and more sustainable economic and social model, one that gives meaning not only to what we do, but also to how and why we do it.
This is what our 2025 social and business results reflect: a true picture of the scale of our quantitative achievements and a further milestone in our long-standing contribution to society.
Today, the challenge goes beyond competing. It is about ensuring that our activities have a real impact by creating opportunities, strengthening social cohesion and helping to build fairer and more equal societies. Ultimately, it is about driving tangible transformation that translates into shared well-being and shared prosperity.
MONDRAGON has a solid foundation on which to move forward with determination. That foundation is built on a firm commitment to collaboration between people, cooperatives, divisions and other businesses, the indispensable competitiveness of our businesses, and a clear determination to enhance the legacy we have inherited.
