Service Technician (m/f/d) – International Assignments

Your responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve technical malfunctions
• Perform mechanical repairs and retrofits
• Execute specified electrical tasks and upgrades
• Carry out maintenance tasks based on checklists and document results
• Install and relocate existing machine tools
• Commissioning of machines, including grinding trials and acceptance runs
• Train machine operators and maintenance staff (mechanical and electrical)
• Troubleshoot issues in close collaboration with customers
• Install new machines at international customer sites

Requirements

Your profile:

• Completed technical education in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or similar
• Initial experience as a field service technician or similar technical role is a plus
• Solid understanding of machine mechanics and electrical systems
• Confident with standard IT tools (e.g., MS Office, ERP systems)
• Fluent in German and English – additional languages are an asset
• Strong sense of responsibility and a team-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric attitude
• Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis
