Your responsibilities:
- Maintain master data and organize document management
- Support marketing activities (e.g. website maintenance, creating presentations, organizing trade fairs and events)
- Provide administrative assistance to executive management
- Assist accounting with preparation and posting of business transactions
- Create and process invoices and delivery notes
- General administrative tasks, scheduling, and correspondence

Requirements
Your profile:
Completed commercial training (e.g. industrial clerk, office management assistant, or similar)
Several years of experience in commercial roles, ideally in a manufacturing company
Confident use of MS Office; experience with accounting software (e.g. DATEV) is a plus
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
Friendly, service-oriented attitude
Structured and self-organized working style
