Offer description

EU4DUAL University Alliance Communication and Administrative Officer will be responsible for the efficient implementation of the communication strategy of the alliance and the administrative processes of the Central Office. This include:
- Support in the creation of effective communication strategies in line with the organisation's goals and objectives.

- Support in the design of communication plans, dissemination of information and facilitation of feedback channels.

- Support the Chairperson of the Communications Committee in organising and conducting the meetings.

 - Supporting the General Coordinator and the Secretary General in managing external communication, including media relations and public relations.

- Providing administrative support and help coordinate project activities of the Alliance.

- Organising and arranging the meetings of the governing and management bodies of the Alliance.

- Preparing the deliverables, annual reports as well as preparation of the technical interim and final reports.

  • Duration: More than 6 months.

Requirements

  • Education:

Bachelor in Business Administration or Audiovisual Communication with a minor or a Master Degree in Digital Marketing.

  • Knowledge and skills: 

- Working knowledge of project management and data analysis software packages.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent coordination and organization skills.
- Advanced knowledge of reporting and office automation systems.
- Advanced knowledge in SEO positioning.
- Excellent creative skills.
- Ability to work in teams.

  • Languages:

- Fluency in English (C2),Spanish and Basque.
- Good to have: written and spoken German).

  • Experience:

- Work experience in digital marketing
