At MONDRAGON we lead ASETT, the Arizmendiarrieta Social Economy Think Tank Hub, a cutting-edge initiative for the Social Economy. Together with the Basque Government, Kooperatiben Kontseilua, the Provincial Council of Gipuzkoa, the City Council of Donostia, and CEPES (Spanish Business Confederation of Social Economy), and with the support of the Ministry of Labor and Social Economy of the Government of Spain, we seek to promote the social economy in Spain and worldwide, positioning it as a key business model for social and economic transformation.

With deep European roots and headquartered in the Miramar Palace in Donostia, our mission is to generate knowledge, connect global networks, and contribute to social transformation through enterprise.

The project is growing, and we want to incorporate a new team member at ASETT to drive impact projects, manage alliances with different partners, take responsibility for the project’s communication strategy, and strengthen relations with stakeholders.

✨What will you do in your day-to-day work?

• Define and monitor the Management Plan.
• Define the current and future viability plan.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate strategies.
• Prepare budgets.
• Provide support and attention to partners.
• Manage ASETT office projects.
• Coordinate the communication strategy.

Requirements

• Education: University Degree. A Master’s degree will be valued positively.
• Previous experience in project management.
• Previous experience in Social Economy.
• High level of English (C1).
• Other languages: Basque, French, Portuguese.
