New Business Promoter

At MONDRAGON Promotion Centre we are looking for enterprising people with experience in industry or consulting and a track record in business development environments, new businesses and private capital investments, to develop new MONDRAGON industrial projects.

You mission will be to drive enterprise, diversification, generation of new business activities and taking up shareholdings in the cooperative area assigned.

Your day-to-day work will consist of:

• Supporting the systematic structuring of the Business Promotion area, including open innovation dynamics linked to startups in cooperatives.
• Internal prospecting and structuring of potential new businesses.
• Work focused on the external Deal Flow to generate a network of contacts to generate new business opportunities, as well as attention to different investment funds in a proactive search for projects.
• Working on the corporate fit between the startups and SMEs identified and cooperative taking up holdings in them.

Requirements

We're looking for people with:

• University training, preferably in Engineering and/or Business Management and Administration, and a high level of English.
• Experience in industry or consulting and a track record in business development environments, new businesses and private capital investments
• Clear customer focus, results-oriented, teamwork, initiative and proactiveness.
