At MONDRAGON Development Centre we're looking for enterprising people to develop new businesses from the stage of technology transfer from our Technology Centres and Mondragon Unibertsitatea, the Mondragon Polytechnic University. Your mission will be to develop the new business in a sector of the future, from viability analysis through to startup.
Your day-to-day work will consist of:
- Drawing up and implementing the business plan for new spin-off activities.
- Spotting new market opportunities.

Requirements
We're looking for people with:
- Over 5 years' experience in overall business management.
- Skills in commercial and sales channel management.
- Initiative, autonomy and decision-making ability.
- Negotiating skills and ability to reach agreements.
- Advanced level of English and willingness to travel internationally.
- Credit will be given for knowledge of technology transfer processes.
