We are looking for someone who wants to take on the general management of Mundukide. If you are the person who wants to take on this challenge, your mission will be to coordinate the team of people both in Arrasate and in the different countries where we develop cooperation programs.

Your day-to-day involves:

• Coordinating the strategy, planning, defining actions, and managing the Foundation.
• Being responsible to the bodies of the Foundation, Board of Trustees, and Executive Committee, for the executive development of the Foundation.
• Institutionally representing Mundukide to organizations, associations, and companies.
• Planning the relational strategy, searching for and agreeing on collaboration, defining objectives and conditions, supporting and following up on relationships with other organizations, platforms, companies, or institutions.

Requirements

We are looking for people with:

• University degree.
• Experience in areas of responsibility and coordination of people, preferably in areas related to the functions of the position.
• Ability to listen and integrate, dynamism, and problem-solving.
• Sensitivity to cooperative philosophy and values.
• Proficiency in Basque and knowledge of English and/or Portuguese will be valued.
• Experience in international environments will be valued.
