Under the supervision of the Human Resources Management, the selected person will be responsible for defining, managing, and executing the plans and objectives of the People Management area, aligned with corporate policies and providing strategic support to the organization's management.
 
Main responsibilities:
 

• Participation in the design of HR policies and strategies.
• Management of hires and departures according to the Management Plan.
• Support in training, organization, internal communication, selection, evaluation, and compensation.
• Advice on regulations (Fagor Group, Lagun Aro, Labor Law).
• Coordination of global HR projects (selection, development, organization, communication, planning).
• Research and implementation of new innovative models and methods in People Management.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Degree in Psychology, Law, Sociology or related fields.
• Essential experience in HR functions.
• Proactive, analytical profile, with strategic vision and people-oriented.
