Maintenance and General Facilities Manager

Your mission will be to manage the maintenance area of tools, machinery, and facilities, ensuring their proper functioning and leading both the internal team and external suppliers when necessary.

What will you do?

• Coordinate the internal maintenance team and external suppliers.
• Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Resolve technical incidents and propose improvements.
• Participate in projects for new installations and modernization of existing ones.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements

• Degree in Technical Engineering or similar.
• Previous experience in industrial maintenance management will be valued.
• Leadership skills, results orientation, and continuous improvement vision.
