Process Technician

At Onnera Group, an international group leader in catering, laundry, and refrigeration solutions, we want to strengthen our team by hiring a Process Technician. This person will be responsible for conducting plant and manufacturing means studies, applying the necessary methods and techniques to achieve the reduction of manufacturing costs. They carry out studies aimed at achieving maximum plant productivity. They will be responsible for creating the master lines to follow regarding distribution and plant evolution.
Specific tasks:
- Determine the feasibility of implementing new technologies for the plant.
- Analyze, study, propose, and implement the necessary improvements to maximize factory productivity by reducing times.
- Maintain the necessary manufacturing parameters.
- Define, implement, and maintain the processes and parameters of machines and machining.
- Design and/or collaborate in the design of special tooling for machining and assembly tasks that require it.
- Make layout and process changes necessary to implement product improvements and new products, as well as to improve productivity.
- Define all documentation associated with the process.

Previous experience in a similar position
