Every year over 1.000 people do their vocational training or bachelor's or master's degree work placements in MONDRAGON cooperatives. A first contact with the business world that enables them to play an active part in their development, take part in real projects and learn from professionals who will support them on this journey.

Who are these offers for students aimed at?
The places are aimed at vocational, bachelor's or master's degree or doctoral students. Regardless of their origin - so including foreigners - those looking for a different experience in MONDRAGON cooperatives and their subsidiaries all over the world.
What kind of work placement or project can I do in MONDRAGON cooperatives?
We distinguish between four kinds of part-time or full-time placement in-company:
- Internships: Short or limited-duration internships, for vocational, bachelor's or master's students, to let you put into practice what you've been learning in the classroom.
- Bachelor's or master's degree final projects: You can do your final project while meeting a real challenge in a cooperative, supported by a team of professionals who will provide technical and personal guidance.
- Dual programmes: If you're doing a higher vocational training programme or a dual bachelor's or master's degree, in MONDRAGON cooperatives you'll find the right context in which to experience the dual system. Real projects to enable you to develop in both professionally and personally, working in a team with professionals who will give you the confidence you need to start out.
- Doctoral theses: At our 12 technology centres and at Mondragon Unibertsitatea you'll have the chance to work on your doctoral thesis, while being part from day one of consolidated research teams of national and international standing. Doctoral theses that seek to add value in the business world.
What will I get out of my work placement or project at MONDRAGON?
It will give you your first experience in a secure working environment, where you'll feel supported by your mentor, who as well as providing technical support will help you fit into the team and the dynamics of the cooperative.
Also you can be at the centre of your own learning. You'll be taking part in real projects and see how what you've learnt in the classroom can be put into practice. You'll be working in a team, with great professionals who will be there to help you and learn with you.
Not forgetting that being part of a cooperative means more than just working. You'll see that there's a different way of doing things and of relating to each other, a different way that lets you have an impact on your surroundings.
