MONDRAGON Ventures is MONDRAGON’s platform for driving entrepreneurship and launching new business initiatives. Our aim is to lead future-focused business models that enhance competitiveness and create social impact.
We support intrapreneurship, collaboration among cooperatives, and invest in external ventures. We’re looking for entrepreneurial people ready to turn ideas into businesses from feasibility analysis to market launch.
We also help startups grow through an open innovation ecosystem rooted in the cooperative model, acting as partner, investor-member, key customer, or industrial or commercial ally.
