Commercial and Business Development Director

Lead ORBIK’s commercial and growth strategy, transforming its capabilities in product cybersecurity, validation, certification, regulatory compliance, and digital services into a platform for sustainable and profitable growth.

RESPONSABILITIES

• Define and execute the commercial strategy.
• Lead ORBIK’s growth and national and international expansion, defining the expansion strategy and building and leading the team required to deliver it.
• Develop and manage strategic accounts, partnerships, and channel networks.
• Represent ORBIK in the market and strengthen its positioning.
• Build and lead the sales and marketing team.
• Manage revenue, margins, and sustainable growth in close collaboration with the Finance Department.

PROFILE

• 10–15 years of professional experience, preferably in technology, industrial, or cybersecurity environments.
• Proven experience in business leadership and scaling operations.
• Strong leadership skills, strategic vision, and a results-oriented mindset.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
