FUNCTIONS:
- Lead technological collaboration plans and coordinate their development.
- Coordinate the management of the R&D and innovation projects portfolio and public aid.
- Effectively transfer generated knowledge and results to the teams of Danobat and Danobatgroup.
- Identify and promote innovation, technological collaboration, and funding opportunities.
- Develop relationships with IDEKO, universities, technology centers, startups, and other strategic agents, representing Danobat in forums and platforms.
- Prepare monitoring reports, reviews, and key KPIs for management.
Requirements
REQUIRED:
- Education: Degree or technical engineering / Higher engineering or Master's degree.
- Languages: B2 Basque, C1 English, and German or French.
- Proven experience in project management and/or industrial R&D will be valued.
- Knowledge of the Basque innovation ecosystem will be valued.
- Dynamic person, with communication skills and customer orientation. Initiative and ability to work in a team.
- Willingness to travel.
