Service Mechanical Technician

MISSION:

He is the operational person responsible for carrying out the mechanical operations necessary to provide the service (general Hotline, preventive maintenance, and upgrade) required at Danobat and at the customer's site in terms of safety and ergonomics, quality, cost, and timing. Integrate safety and health in all mechanical interventions, ensuring safe practices during diagnosis, maintenance, and repair both in the plant and at the customer's site.

FUNCTIONS:

• Perform mechanical interventions on machine tools at the customer's facilities: installation, diagnosis, maintenance, and repair.
• Identify and analyze technical incidents, proposing the most appropriate solution.
• Prepare, execute, and document the service, complying with safety, quality, cost, and timing criteria.
• Identify and propose improvements related to the product and service processes.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

• Training: Higher Level Vocational Training Cycle in Mechatronics or similar.
• Knowledge in the mechanical field, especially in assembly, maintenance, and diagnosis.
• Experience in machine tools or technical industrial environments will be valued.
• Ability to operate in English in a professional environment.
• Availability to travel.
• Autonomy, rigor, teamwork skills, and results orientation.
