We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across the South U.S. territory, developing OEM, distributor, and integrator relationships within the machine tool and automation industry.

This is a high-visibility, field-based role with strong autonomy, direct customer engagement, and significant growth potential.

Ideal candidates will bring industry experience, technical sales capability, and existing relationships within CNC, machine tools, or industrial automation.

You’ll join a highly technological, international company with headquarters in Spain and a growing U.S. operation.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive sales of CNC systems, servo drives, motors, DROs, and feedback solutions across the South U.S. territory.
  • Manage and grow relationships with OEMs, distributors, and Factory Authorized Integrators.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within key industries.
  • Manage and convert sales opportunities from qualification through closing, in collaboration with the Business Development team.
  • Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and technical discussions.
  • Collaborate with service, logistics and HQ teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
  • Provide market feedback and support strategic growth initiatives.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in CNC, machine tools, industrial automation, or related technical sales.
  • Strong understanding of industrial products and applications.
  • Proven ability to develop new business and manage customer relationships.
  • Self-driven, autonomous, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
