Maintenance Manager

At Fagor Electrónica we are looking to add to our team a person who will lead the Maintenance area, driving continuous improvement, equipment reliability, and people development, in an innovative industrial environment with a vision for the future.

What will you do in your day to day?

• You will define, implement, and monitor preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans.
• You will ensure the proper functioning of the machinery park, equipment, and production facilities.
• You will promote autonomous maintenance and encourage continuous improvement in the area's processes.
• You will coordinate spare parts management and collaborate with Purchasing to ensure their availability.
• You will participate in the commissioning of new equipment together with Process Engineering.
• You will lead, develop, and motivate the maintenance team.
• You will participate in projects and multidisciplinary committees.
• You will ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Requirements

Degree, Master's or Technical/Higher Engineering in technical specialties.

Minimum 3 years experience in an industrial environment and experience managing teams (positively valued).

Languages: English B2.
