We are looking to incorporate a SAT Technician for our Madrid branch who is eager to learn and be part of an industrial environment where quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement are essential.

Job mission:

Under the supervision of the After-Sales Director, is the highest and direct responsible for the proper operation of the After-Sales Service in the assigned areas, with the mission of achieving service optimization.

Specific tasks: 

• Analyze the reception of calls received during the day and the status of pending calls, analyzing their causes and scheduling their resolution.

• Frequently visit clients showing interest in their problems and ensuring their satisfaction with the service.

• Is responsible for the training of subcontracted technical service personnel and distributor technicians, scheduling courses whenever needs advise it.

• Supervises, coordinates, and controls the after-sales of direct works in the assigned areas, organizing the necessary resources.

• Provide the necessary technical support to distributors and subcontracted technical services solving their technical doubts, as well as those problems that arise regarding the operation and repair of machines.

Requirements

What are we looking for?

• A Higher Degree/FP2 preferably with electrical/electronic knowledge.
• Previous experience in industrial environments and production areas.
• Languages: English and French. 
• Customer orientation. 
• Problem-solving skills and decision-making ability.
