Buscamos a una persona proactiva, orientada a la excelencia y con auténtico ADN ciclista para unirse a nuestro equipo por un proyecto temporal de un año.

Tu misión será rodar junto a nuestros dealers, asegurando que tengan toda la información estratégica en tiempo y forma para que su negocio no pare.

If you want to make the most of your language skills and ensure a first-class experience for our network of dealers, this is your chance. 

We’re looking for a proactive, excellence-driven individual with a genuine passion for cycling to join our team for a temporary one-year contract.

Your mission will be to work closely with our dealers, ensuring they have all the strategic information they need in a timely and effective manner so that their business runs smoothly.

Requirements

¿Qué pedimos en tu equipaje?

• Experiencia: Al menos 3 años en Atención al Cliente (si es en el sector ciclista, ¡tienes puntos extra!).
• Idiomas: Inglés y alemán fluido (imprescindible). 
• Habilidades: Comunicación brillante, empatía y una mentalidad resolutiva orientada a resultados.

What gear do you need?

• Experience: At least 3 years’ experience in Customer Service (if in the cycling sector, that’s a bonus!).
• Languages: Fluent English and German (essential). 
• Skills: Excellent communication skills, empathy and a results-oriented, problem-solving mindset.
