At Fagor Electrónica we are looking to incorporate a person who guarantees the correct assembly and soldering of SMD, axial and radial components, ensuring the manufacturing of the semi-finished product under the established quality and quantity conditions, and maintaining the lines in optimal operating conditions.

What will you do in your day to day?

• You will place the material order to the warehouse and properly locate them in the plant.
• You will ensure the availability of all necessary components to manufacture the specified model.
• You will prepare the machine set-up according to the established manufacturing program.
• You will carry out the start-up and model changes on the laser marking machine, ALPT and other line equipment, recording the checklists indicated in the IT.
• You will ensure the correct assembly of SMD, axial and radial components, acting when the assembly is not correct.
• You will make go/no-go decisions in verification processes (SPI, AOI, ICT and other control systems).
• You will debug “Texts” on AOI equipment following the established procedure.
• You will prepare the product for the next process, correctly identified.
• You will perform autonomous maintenance defined by Maintenance and collaborate in preventive maintenance (heads, feeders, filters…).
• You will take care of the means under your responsibility, maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area.
• You will participate in the training of new operators.

Requirements

• Training:FP II Electronic.
• Languages: English (Reading level). Basque (Normal comprehension level and some communication ability).
• Valuable: Desirable 8 months of experience in similar functions.
